Affidavit by Elias Epstein

Elias Epstein was born on December 16 1925 in Radomsko Poland. His father had a chemical company, and sent him to a private middle-school. Went to gymnasium from 1936 until 1939 until the war broke out. He was 14 at the time, and had never suffered from any childhood disease. In the ghetto, he developed maladies from hard labor and malnutrition. He developed back problems in 1942 when working and was hospitalized. He was beaten on the head until unconscious in 1945 while in Buchenwald. After the war, he was placed in the DP camp in Landsberg. Reports in 1949 (got together?) in Germany with Fanja Kangan, now his wife. He had a daughter (born May 1952) and son (born October 1957).
